The Ritz-Carlton is a Mediterranean style resort on an exclusive beachfront island, overlooking the Arabian Gulf. With 350 metres of white sandy beach and extensive beautifully landscaped gardens, the hotel is the perfect place to combine the history and tradition of Dubai with excellent shopping and nightlife.
The 138 guest rooms all overlook the pool and garden area with private balconies or patios. All rooms have flat screen TVs, DVD players, 24 hour in-room dining and luxurious bathrobes and slippers. In addition there are 38 club level guest rooms and 13 suites. The on-site spa with it's eight treatment rooms, dry sauna and steam rooms, also has two new ladies only treatment rooms for complete privacy.
Diners have a choice of six restaurants within the hotel serving anything from morning pastries in the Lobby Lounge and delicious Italian fare in Splendido - to regional cuisine at Amaseena-the tented Bedoiun village, and classic seafood and sushi in the elegant La Baie restaurant with it's spectacular outdoor terrace.
The Ritz Carlton has something for everyone - shopping, sand skiing, desert diving, paragliding, dhow cruises, sailing and falconry while The Ritz-Kids Club offers daily children's activities in a secure environment. The Resort also has three swimming pools, a fitness centre and four flood-lit tennis courts.
