We insist that you have adequate travel insurance, but you are not required to purchase this from us. You are strongly advised to check that your policy covers you for any activities that you are likely to undertake whilst on holiday, such as water-skiing, windsurfing etc. Do not forget to disclose any medical conditions, or you may find that your cover is void when you need it. If you are taking a sailing holiday, please specifically check that your policy does not exclude yachting, and permits you to sail offshore. If your travel arrangements involve connecting flights, either in the UK or Caribbean, we strongly recommend that you check that your policy includes Missed Departure cover of £1,000 per person. (Check the policy wording carefully, many policies exclude internal flights)

So that we can respond properly to any emergency we must be advised of your travel insurance policy number and 24 hour helpline in writing before you depart on holiday. We strongly recommend that you purchase a policy when you book, to cover you against cancellation charges.
